Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Die-Cut and Kiss-Cut Stickers?
Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through both the vinyl and backing paper, so the finished sticker is trimmed to the exact shape of your design. These are a great option for handing out at promotional events, including with customer orders, or selling individually at markets.
Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl layer only, leaving the backing paper intact around the sticker. This makes them easier to peel and provides extra protection before the sticker is applied.
Both options use the same printed vinyl—the main difference is how the sticker and backing paper are cut.
What file types do you accept?
PDF (Preferred), PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, JPEG. For the best results, artwork should be: 300 DPI, CMYK and Sized correctly
What is your turnaround time for sticker orders?
Most sticker orders are printed within 24 hours, cured for durability, then cut and shipped within 3–5 business days.
What is your turn around time for apparel orders?
All apparel is made to order. Once your order is placed, we source the garments from our supplier before printing your design in-house.
Apparel orders are typically completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks, depending on garment availability and shipping times.
If you need an order urgently, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what rush options are available.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity for Die-cut and Kiss-cut stickers is 5 pieces.
Exceptions can be made for custom jobs like transfers and vehicle graphics
What are your delivery options?
We offer Australia-wide: Standard and express shipping through Australia Post.
Shipping costs are $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express. Shipping is free for orders over $100
What is the maximum size you can print?
Our printers can handle widths up to 450mm (safe printing area) and lengths typically up to 900mm, with some projects extending to 1200mm. This makes us perfect for stickers, posters, small to medium signage, and product labels. If you have specific size requirements, contact us to confirm we can accommodate your project.
